Hi crew – please make sure you pop in your diaries after tomorrow to come to the final ICE session for the year on Sat 29th December.

There won’t be any sessions of ICE during the Upcoming week from Xmas day onwards , but we will return for a cracker of a final session for the year on sat 29th December.

There won’t be any sessions on New years day.

I will update the next couple of weeks session times over the weekend. There may be some combining of the early morning ones if many are going to be away. Otherwise sessions will run as normal after 2nd Jan 2019.

Keep accountable to someone in the group

Finish the year off together and kick start it together.
